It is designed for rotary and straight shot spray application and can be applied at various thicknesses in one pass.
Sauereisen F-170 SewerSeal
SewerSeal No. F-170 by Sauereisen is a high strength, calcium aluminate-based product to be used as a waterproofing and corrosion-resistant lining for sewage collection structures. This material prevents infiltration and resists mild acids and alkalis on concrete, brick, and steel structures. It is designed for rotary and straight shot applications.
Sauereisen F-180 InstaPlug
The No. F-180 InstaPlug by Sauereisen is a rapid setting hydraulic water plug that will seal active water leaks and allow continuous rehabilitation work on concrete structures. This material will set in 60-90 seconds and cure completely in one hour. It is also used to fill small voids and for anchoring applications.

Sauereisen No. 209 RestoKrete Epoxy Filler Compound
Sauereisen's No. 209 RestoKrete™ epoxy filler compound is a three component, epoxy formulation that is specifically designed to fill voids, irregularities and air pockets in concrete. No. 209 will provide a smooth surface ready for application of protective compounds in 3 hours. This material is also available in a high build and a fast setting grade that can be top coated in 1 hour. Any of the No. 209 formulations are suitable for application over damp or dry concrete. Application is performed with a rubber K&R trowel.
Sauereisen No. 209-HB RestoKrete Hi-Build Filler Compound
Sauereisen's No. 209-HB RestoKrete™ Hi-Build Epoxy Filler Compound is a three component, epoxy formulation that is specifically designed to fill voids, irregularities and air pockets in concrete. Sauereisen Hi-Build Filler Compound is formulated to minimize sagging in voids as large as 1/2" which permits thick application of the product where necessary. Any of the No. 209 formulations are suitable for application over damp or dry concrete. Application is performed with a smooth plasterer's rubber float.

Sauereisen No. 210X SewerGard High Strength
Sauereisen's No. 210X SewerGard® Ultra High Strength is a self priming, moisture tolerant epoxy system that is completely resistant to the micro-biologically induced corrosion common to municipal wastewater applications. The No. 210X chemical resistant lining provides high-strength and high build (80-125 mils) via conventional spray equipment for extreme corrosion environments.
Sauereisen No. 210G SewerGard Glaze
Sauereisen's No. 210G SewerGard® Glaze is a self-priming, moisture tolerant epoxy system that is completely resistant to the micro-biologically induced corrosion common to municipal wastewater applications. The glaze finish coat can be applied individually at 20-40-mils or as a topcoat to the other SewerGard® systems. It provides a tile-like appearance when cured which is ideal for applications requiring easy cleanability. This product will bond to damp concrete and cure in the presence of moisture and can be applied via roller, conventional airless spray, or plural component spray.
Sauereisen No. 210SN SewerGard Industrial - Sprayable
Sauereisen's No. 210SN SewerGard® Industrial Sprayable is a fiber-reinforced, novolac epoxy specifically designed to protect concrete and steel surfaces of industrial wastewater treatment structures and collection systems from chemical attack and physical abuse. The interlocking fiber matrix of the No. 210SN exhibits outstanding flexural and tensile strengths. It provides an impermeable, ultra high corrosion resistant barrier for the protection of new or rehabilitated surfaces.
Sauereisen No. 210GLN SewerGard Industrial - Glaze
Sauereisen's No. 210GLN SewerGard® Industrial Glaze is a highly chemical resistant, 100% solids novolac epoxy to be used as a topcoat for Sauereisen's SewerGard® Industrial systems or as a standalone coating to protect concrete and steel surfaces. The No. 210GLN may be used in many kinds of aggressive industrial wastewater environments and can be spray or roller applied.
Sauereisen No. 381 ConoFlex Urethane
Sauereisen's No. 381 ConoFlex Urethane is an aromatic polyurethane lining that provides excellent flexibility and impact resistance for concrete, steel, and other substrates. No. 381 is a chemically resistant lining combining toughness, elongation, and low permeability with a fast cure time. The No. 381 can be applied via standard plural component equipment. It is and ideal choice for primary/secondary containment structures subject to movement and for applications including tank coatings and linings, and food processing areas (FDA & USDA compliant).
